Important notice: From November 2025 to the end of May 2026, some parts of the Peppers Beacon complex will be scheduled for exterior restoration with potential scaffolding in placed on some exterior parts. This activity may be noticeable in the surrounding areas during this period and rates have been adjusted during the dates to reflect any potential inconvenience caused by this activity.

This is a Penthouse on the 10th floor of the building and accessed directly off the elevator and after short 10 meter walk.
This three bedroom unit comes with two splitable super king beds and a queen bed, one shared bathroom with bidet and one ensuite bathroom with bathtub; a well equipped kitchen; dining table and spacious balcony with outdoor seating, last but not least a lounge with 75 inch TV and fireplace.
A external storage cupboard is located on level 10 close to the front door of the apartment. Large enough for two bicycles hanging upright, ski racks etc. Power supply, lighting, smoke and heat detectors so e-bike charging is available

Data is free and unlimited. A fibre max subscription with CAT6A cabling to access points throughout the apartment ensures unlimited 4k streaming and gaming from everywhere.

Ideally located by the lake, the apartment offers easy walking access Queenstown CBD.

Message from Ray:
Optional sofa bed for a 7th Guest can be made taking the space in front of the large TV in lounge. Sofa beds are not as comfortable as a full mattress beds and I do not recommend those for light sleepers or people with back problems.
