Rarely do we come across an accommodation which offers both stunning view and the convenience of town centre location, our apartment is superbly located within 15 minutes walk to town, while away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet and convenient stay. No need for taxi, no need for rental cars (although it has allocated parking). It has everything you need for a leisurely stay in Queenstown.
Please note walking from CBD to apartment includes a 100 meter steep walk uphill.

Floor Plan is as follows:
This three story unit is accessed via the entrance from the shared parking/driveway. The bottom floor has the entrance. A flight of stairs is used to access the 2nd floor which includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry, bathroom and balcony. After another flight of stairs we have our 3rd floor that includes both bedrooms, shared bathroom and a separate toilet.
Note that one of the bedrooms has a additional single bed to add flexibility to your stay
Parking:
1 x allocated parking in single car garage. The garage is separate from the house (no direct indoor access) and may be accessed occasionally by townhouse management. Guests can still use the garage for parking. Not suitable for over-sized or larger vehicles.
Wi-Fi:
Data is free and unlimited.
Kitchen amenities:
We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

Ideally located on Queenstown Hill, this accommodation offers guests a comfortable stay whilst being close to the excitement of Queenstown.

This property is located at the top of a steep street (approx. 100m uphill access).
The garage is located on the ground level beneath the unit and is separate from the main living areas, with no direct indoor access to the house. From time to time, townhouse management may briefly access the garage for meter readings and will have the their own remote key to access.
Guests may still use the garage for parking if preferred or park directly in front of the garage for convenience. Not suitable for camper vans or large vehicles
Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with:

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you.
Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
