Then imagine the fortress converted in the 15th century to a beautiful and aristocratic Renaissance Villa with all the good taste and sense of beauty that made the Italian Renaissance. Its many Reception rooms are elegant and gracious. The beautiful Loggia opens to views of Tuscan hills in the atmospheric perspective that inspired Renaissance painters. The pool is framed by classic pillars, and offers outside living in true Tuscan style. Inside huge reception rooms, salons, libraries, dining rooms, with coffered and frescoed ceilings, enormous fire places, and classic architecture will make you feel like royalty. You will also be extremely comfortable. The bedrooms are large, spacious, and as gracious as the reception rooms. The Villa sleeps a total of 24 in 6 double rooms each with bathroom en suite, 1 single room with bathroom en suite, and 2 double and 2 single rooms which share two bathrooms. Of the doubles, two have twin beds. In addition there is an independent apartment with 4 more places, in two bedrooms, plus a setting room with kitchen and bathroom. Ground floor: Entrance hall, dining room with fireplace, kitchen area, elevator, laundry room, living room with fireplace, bathroom, big hall, suite with master bedroom, bathroom, living room, loggia with garden and pool. Mezzanine: Living room, 2 twin bedrooms each with bathroom, 1 double bedroom with bathroom. 1st floor: Large hall\game + television room, master bedroom with bathroom en suite, large living room, twin bedroom with bathroom en suite, Library, 2 single rooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom which share 2 bathrooms, 1 single bedroom with bathroom en suite, 1st floor loggia. We are experienced event planners and can help you organize anything - from the most exquisite wedding or a prize-winning incentive event - to daily yoga classes by a yoga master. Obligatory 4 hours basic cleaning per day, to be paid upon arrival (10,00 € per hour).
