The Morosini is spacious apartment with large terrace and wide-open views on Campo Santo Stefano, few steps from the Accademia Bridge, in the San Marco District.
The large private terrace, surrounded by a refined "Pagoda" from the Liberty period (wrought iron structure), is furnished as an outdoor dining room with large table, eight chairs and two big sun umbrellas.
It is found at the 2nd floor of an historic Palazzo, it is accessible directly from the square, and it has been recently renovated to the highest standards and finally offered to our privileged guests.
Full of natural light and elegantly furnished, it features authentic Terrazzo Veneziano flooring in the living room, classic stuccoed walls and ceilings with antique mirrors and paintings, Murano Glass Chandeliers in every room. Behind the classic look it conceals a high-tech soul, with fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, efficient A/C system in every room, powerful independent heating system, fully equipped kitchen with functional layout, and 3 luxury bathrooms.
It is laid out on about 170 square meters. The large living room faces on Campo Santo Stefano and it is furnished with two large sofas, a large designer glass table with “Arco” light fixture, and a precious 18th century chest of drawer. The functional kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stoves, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker and all other basic amenities.
On the back of the building, therefore extremely quiet, there are three spacious bedrooms with modular beds, that can be prepared on request as king size double beds, or as twin beds (in total there are 6 Dorelan mattresses measuring 200x90 cm each, that when combined as double beds are equipped with topper for extra comfort). The huge main bedroom with light green fabrics has also direct access to the terrace. All the bedrooms have access from the roomy entrance room and have a desk for those who need to work or study. Two of the three well-lit and well-appointed bathrooms have a large shower cabin, while the third is equipped with whirlpool bathtub.
The Morosini is the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends that are looking for top location, comfort, privacy and style all at once.
About the location: possibly the best in Venice historical centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The Vaporetto stop and the grocery stores are only few minutes’ walking distance and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, while the high-street luxury brand boutiques are all in a 10 minutes’ walking distance. There are so many landmarks in the surroundings that it will take you weeks to complete the tour!

About the area
Venice, Italy, is a city that enchants its visitors with its distinctive blend of history, artistry, and romance. The city is uniquely constructed on over 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. Instead of roads and cars, Venice is characterized by its waterways and gondolas, offering a truly unique urban experience.
St. Mark's Square stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks. It is home to St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. The basilica boasts stunning Byzantine mosaics while the palace showcases Gothic architecture and grand rooms adorned with art - both are symbols of Venice's rich historical heritage.
The Grand Canal is another must-visit attraction in Venice. A gondola ride along this major waterway provides breathtaking views of beautiful palaces and historic buildings lining its banks. For those passionate about art, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection offers an impressive collection of modern art from renowned artists like Picasso and Pollock.
Venice takes pride in its glassmaking industry located on the island of Murano where visitors can witness artisans crafting intricate glass pieces using age-old techniques.
The city also hosts several globally recognized events such as the Venice Biennale art exhibition and the Venice Film Festival which draw artists and celebrities worldwide.
For gastronomes, Venetian cuisine offers fresh seafood from the lagoon and traditional dishes like risotto nero (black risotto) made with cuttlefish ink.
In summary, Venice presents an irresistible mix of history, culture, artistic talent, gastronomy, and romance that makes it an ideal destination for any traveler.
