6 apartments, recently restored.
Inside a century-old villa, all apartments have a private area for “al fresco” dining.
Four apartments for maximum 4 people; one apartment for maximum 5 people; one apartment for maximum 6 people.
The three apartments on the ground floor have a small private garden, equipped with table, chairs and sunshade.
The two apartments on the first floor have a terrace with table, chairs and sunshade.
Apartment “Sgombro” is the largest, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a garden (accessible with a flight of stairs)

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
