Sitting on almost 5 acres of land, your group will enjoy peace, quiet, and beach access from a set of stairs on the property. The large patio areas offer the perfect chance to relish the 180-degree waterfront views, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the grill. There’s even a newly added tennis court and a chance to spot eagles flying overhead.
Inside, the large kitchen comes fully equipped, while the newly-added family and game room features a ping pong table. An extra bonus, this home offers you the chance to take a "green vacation" as it’s 100% powered by the sun (minus the gas cooking). Every month, we’re eliminating over 1000 lbs of CO2 emissions.
Spread out between four beautifully decorated bedrooms, plus a bonus room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, trundle twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a twin bunk bed with a daybed. You’ll also find trundle twin beds in the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and one more trundle bed in the game room. With 3.5 bathrooms, your entire crew will have the space they need.
Centrally located on the island, you’ll have easy access to Greenbank Farms, Langley, Coupeville, and many nearby beaches. Visit Mutiny Bay Distillery, Homes Harbor Wine Cellars, Blooms Winery, or play golf at Holmes Harbor Golf Club—all less than a 5-minute drive away. Visit the stunning views of Deception Pass, take a hike at Ebey’s landing, or see the history at Fort Casey.
If you want to stay close to home, there’s plenty of room to play in the yard. Take a walk/hike to Meerkerk Garden, pick apples in the orchard, collect seashells, and view wildlife.

- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
