Casa Capitani is an ancient, independent farmhouse, 300 sq. m., holding up to 12 persons with 5 double bedrooms, 2 single rooms and 5 bathrooms. The farmhouse, with its private swimming pool, large exclusive garden and furnished loggia for outdoor meals, is perfect for a large family or for a group of friends looking to relax.
Outdoor Area and Swimming Pool
In front of the house you will find a large lawn with flowering bushes and tall trees, which create comfortable shaded areas where you can admire the surrounding vineyards and the lake in the background. On one side of the garden, in a panoramic position, you will find the swimming pool, 14 metres by 7 with a depth of 1.4-2.5 metres, complete with sunbeds and cold water shower. In front of the house there is also a covered loggia, accessible from the kitchen and furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor meals. Another large lawn is on the other side of the pool. Parking for several cars within the property.
Interior
The farmhouse has three floors. After the main entrance on the ground floor you will find the living room with a large bookshelf, satellite TV, a DVD player and a fireplace, with another living room with sofas and with outdoor access, along with the dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace and access to the portico for outdoor meals. Rounding up the ground floor is a room with washing machine and a small bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, with one large double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, one twin bedded room (convertible into a double bedroom) with bathroom with bathtub, one double bedroom with French bed (150 cm wide) with bathroom with shower. On the second floor you will find a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and shower, with access to a small room with single bed, one twin bedded room (convertible into a double bedroom), one double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub.
Location
Corte Capitani is on a quiet hillside with a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside and the lake. The weather around Lake Garda, relatively moderate even in colder months, makes the surrounding vegetation very varied with olive trees, cypresses and lemon trees. Despite being isolated, the house is not far from shops, restaurants and all other requirements for a relaxing holiday. The lake is just a 15-minute drive away.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet, water, gas (excluding heating), electricity up to 200 kW/h per week (extra charged separately), baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property area cookery courses, dinners and tastings, hired help and babysitter.

A holiday in this villa is perfect for visiting both the lake and the mountains. From Malcesine, a lovely town by the lake, there is a cable car which takes you to Monte Baldo, a beautiful mountain range overlooking the lake which hosts the yearly Lake Garda mountain Race, an important marathon which participants from all over Europe. For surfing lovers, Lake Garda offers great waves thanks to the winds which blow especially in the higher part of the lake. For children, the Gardaland park with rides and attractions is a few kilometres away. We strongly recommend visiting Verona, especially if you are interested in one of the big concerts in its famous Arena. The city of Mantova is famous for the artwork of Mantegna and for its museums.
