Parking within the property. Outdoors and swimming pool A large, partially fenced garden (about 1000 sq. m.) surrounds the house, well-kept and furnished. The swimming pool is on one side of the house, 9m by 4 with a depth of 1.35 and is exclusively for guests. The pool is surrounded by 2 beach umbrellas, sunbeds and an outdoor shower, while on one side guests will find a stonework barbecue. There is also a ping-pong table and a volleyball net. Guests will also find a beautiful panoramic terrace with a table for pleasant outdoor dinners. Parking within the property. Interior The little villa is all on one floor. Upon entrance, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a dining area with access to the furnished terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), both with air conditioning and each with a bathroom with shower. The whole house has air conditioning under the flooring and mosquito screens. There is also a washing room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and bathroom with shower in a separate building under the loggia. Location The house is the hills which overlook Versilia, an area famous for its coastline full of well-known beach resorts and towns like Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, and Torre del Lago (adored by Puccini) with its summer concerts. Just 3km from Camaiore, the property boasts a great view of the valley and of the surrounding hills, olive groves and woods. Those looking to alternate countryside and seaside with trips to Lucca or other Tuscan cities will love the property. Facilities The property has wifi, air conditioning/heating under the flooring, mosquito screens in the entire house, a baby bed and a highchair, security cameras outside the house. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: hired help, a cook, and cookery courses. Important information The pool is available from April 15th to October 30th. The house is accessible via 400 m of gravel road, slightly uphill. Three times a week, after 6 pm, a worker will come to clean and keep an eye on the garden and the swimming pool. The electricity used for charging electric cars will be charged at the property, according the amount used. The owner has a cat which is present on the property. On request perimeters external cameras can be turned off.
