Ancient villa, 400 sq. m. with a 120 sq. m. outbuilding and private swimming pool, hosting up to 24 people in total, 20 of which in the villa in 8 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two beds and 6 bathrooms with shower, and 4 in the outbuilding with 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. The villa is surrounded by a large park and also features a television, billiards room and internet.
Outdoors and swimming pool
Villa Bagnolo is in the woods, in a shaded position. The pool is not far (about 60 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.4 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The washing machine is in a separate structure, shared with the guests of Casale il Ginepro. Parking within the property.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
