Guests will find a private swimming pool with outdoor shower, a private garden and portable barbecue. The farmhouse also has a washing room, internet, heating and baby bed and is the ideal solution for families or small groups of friends.

Casale il Ginepro is immersed in the woods, in a shaded area. The pool is not far (about 50 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.5 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The washing room is in a separate structure, shared with the guests of Villa Bagnolo. Parking within the property.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
