Outdoors and Swimming Pool The villa is completely enclosed, with a large, well-kept lawn with tall plants measuring over 400 sq. m. on three sides of the house, perfect for staying outdoors and having barbecues. In a sunny, panoramic position, just lower than the house, is a rectangular swimming pool, 4 metres by 9 with a depth of 1.5 metres, externally paved on the shorter side and complete with sunbeds, outdoor shower and some shaded areas for relaxing or admiring some beautiful sunsets. Parking is inside the property. Interior The villa has been refurbished recently, with particular attention to detail and a classic style of furniture which creates a relaxing atmosphere. The house is on two floors. The main entrance is accessible from one of the outdoor paths and on the ground floor you will find the large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, satellite TV and fireplace, a living room with sofas and satellite TV, 1 double bedroom with a four-poster bed and large panoramic windows, one bathroom with shower and washing machine. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 large double bedrooms with view and access to the panoramic terrace, 1 double bedroom with extra single bed and access to the outdoor terrace, 1 bedroom with a double four-poster bed and additional single bed with access to the outdoor terrace, 2 bathrooms, one with two sinks and bathtub, the other with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to the outdoor terrace. Location The villa is part of a large farm, surrounded by vineyards which produce great wine, in a raised position with a breathtaking view of the medieval towers of San Gimignano. Services The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), water, gas and electricity (but not the air conditioning), internet, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help, cookery courses, dinners, excursions and product tastings. Important Information Swimming pool open from 1st April to 20th October (9am-8pm). The owner lives on the ground floor, but with independent access from the garden. Check out must take place within 9:30 AM.
