** PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be underdoing an atrium floor and door painting project from mid-November 2024 through end of December 2024, schedule and weather permitting. Here is what to expect: • Anticipated completion date is December 23rd, 2024, schedule and weather permitting. • Work is being done on the atrium floors (possible noise), though mostly painting. • Entire floors will be closed when painted and blocks are already in place. We will alert everyone if the current schedule changes that would affect changes to their specific stay dates. • All entry doors will eventually be painted just before the start of this project, though the entire process will last about 24 hours for each door. Majority of that time is just the floor drying, and guests are asked to be mindful when entering and exiting due wet paint on door should this happen during the reservation. Please stay up-to-date for possible changes.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
