The development offers a private shuttle service to the Esquiros chairlift, just 5 minutes away, making it a privileged location for ski lovers. In summer, the house also has a garden terrace with stunning views over the valley. With a living area of 200 m² distributed over four levels, the bedrooms of the house offer high quality finishes with panelled walls to ensure a fabulous stay in a modern mountain home for your holiday. As you enter the interior of the house, you will find the garage where you can store your skis and boots on shelves. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a comfortable 180cm double bed and a full bathroom with bath. Up one level from the entrance there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a large 180cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, one with two single beds and wardrobes and the other with bunk beds, ideal for children. There are four more single beds in the loft with stunning views. Downstairs from the main entrance is the spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas, a modern and renovated social area. To the left is the fully fitted open plan kitchen, followed by a small utility room and guest toilet. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a rectangular dining table for up to 8 people. The living room has comfortable sofas and a fireplace ideal for the winter. From this area there is direct access to the garden terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views. Access to the ski slopes of Baqueira Beret is via a private mini-train called the Gua-gua, which stops near the house and runs every 15 minutes.
