Holiday Isle Properties proudly presents Inlet Reef 405, a stunning three-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo. It includes complimentary beach service (2 chairs with an umbrella) for the beach season, which runs from March 1st through October 31st.
The property sleeps ten guests in utmost comfort and ease. The owner renovated it in 2024 with new furniture, décor, and a restocked kitchen with new dinnerware, silverware, cookware, grilling tools, and small appliances for those who wish to prepare meals during your visit. The unit also features a spotting scope to view boats and dolphins up close from the huge picture window. Board games and TV trays are also provided for guests. They have spared no expense in ensuring your Destin vacation will be nothing short of extraordinary.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
