It is also a magnificent spot for wine lovers & sommelier gatherings. The residence and its surrounding outdoor areas can always adapt according to the wishes of its guests, to anything from a wedding venue to a yoga retreat. There is a Wine Cellar dining room, where you will have the chance to taste and buy the wine of your choice, as we are committed to finding a variety of the very best wines and making them available to our guests. Interior Layout - Bedrooms & Bathrooms The Estate consists of 7 Residences which are rent together as one, for unique group gatherings or family retreats. The whole estate can accommodate up to 26 guests in total. There are 9 Bedrooms & 10 Bathrooms with possibility of 21 guests sleeping in real beds and 5 more guests can be accommodated in sofa beds. Rogdia At the entrance of the magnificent Estate, you will be welcomed by the first residence of the Estate, which is actually a one-room apartment, boasting a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. A refrigerator is also available. The maximum capacity is 2 guests. This secluded room is also wheelchair friendly. Basilicum The first separate bedroom of Basilicum residence is located on the ground floor featuring one double bed, as well as en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration. Guests will also find a mezzanine style bedroom, featuring two single beds with comfortable mattresses, two more single beds can be found a few stairs downwards. What’s more, a private lounge area and comfy sitting is there to welcome you, embellished with a T.V for your outmost convenience. Last but not least, an extra bathroom can be found next to the kitchen with shower & double sink. The residence can accommodate up to 6 guests. Dafne Entering the residence you will be welcomed by a certain ethereal elegance. It’s exquisite contemporary interiors consist of the living room as well as the dining area and a kitchen. A double bed is also there to welcome you, as well as a mezzanine style bedroom, featuring two single beds. One more guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed. An en suite bathroom with shower is also available next to the kitchen. The residence is located on the first floor, boasting a maximum capacity of 5 guests and provides direct access to an amazing terrace. Louisa Louisa residence can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests, featuring a king size bed (that could be formed to 2 single beds as well) and an en suite bathroom with shower. A kitchenette and sitting area is also there to welcome you. The bedroom is effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night’s sleep after the day’s busy adventures. Last but not least, the residence boasts direct access to a terrace. Menta The majestically decorated Menta residence will be the perfect remedy to the day’s adventures and flaunts exquisite interiors. Entering the residence, you will find yourselves into the elegantly furnished living room and dining area unfolding just in front of you. A kitchen is also there to welcome you for your daily needs. What’s more, Menta boasts a separate bedroom with a king size bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity of the residence is either two adults and two children,(that could be accommodated on the sofa bed) or 3 adults ( the third adult could be accommodated on the sofa bed). With direct access to the impeccable terrace & sensory pool. Lift Elegant interiors, soft textures and salvaged antiques decorate this characterful residence. Consists of a separate bedroom with a king size bed with ethereal elegance, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. A colorful dining area is there to welcome you, as well as a kitchen and a living room area. The maximum capacity of the residence is either two adults and two children, (that could be accommodated on the sofa bed) or 3 adults ( the third adult could be accommodated on the sofa bed). Milia The last newly built residence of the Estate, located on the first floor, features one master bedroom with a king size bed, as well as two single beds (that can be joined and form double bed) which can accommodate up to 4 guests in total. Two en suite bathrooms with shower are also available, a kitchen & a dining area. External Living Tranquility and romance unfold in the heart of the Cretan countryside at our rough-luxe self-catering Estate, set in 30 acres of outstanding natural beauty. The incredible outdoor area is embellished with two private swimming pools. One of the pools can also be heated with an additional fee. The pool terraces are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (gas) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over in the lovely outdoor dining area. An outdoor shared bathroom is also available with shower. Additionally, for your better comfort and as we constantly strive to achieve the highest quality facilities, a lounge area is also available, with comfy sittings featuring a large Smart T.V & Netflix connection as well as a Playstation 4 console for countless hours of joy and relaxation. Moreover, an indoor gym equipment is available for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…with some weights , multifunctional machine!, matts and ropes & gym balls. For our younger friends, there is an outdoor playground available or they can wonder around the impeccable gardens & vineyards and get reconnected with nature. For Relaxation A dip in either of the two available pools followed by a sparkle-cocktail (or iced tea for those wanting a real detox) is sure to rejuvenate you. Practicalities There is free parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 2 cars and free public space for 3-4 more cars at the entrance road. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine with capsules & Filter coffee machine, (all residences), Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryers, central fully equipped kitchen! Your Home Stay Includes Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner. Housekeeping Daily Refreshment Cleaning except from Sundays. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *For the use of the tennis court there is an additional fee required of 40 euros per day use, tennis rackets and balls will be provided/included. Kindly let us know at least two days prior to your arrival if you wish to use the tennis court. No additional cost in case you bring your own rackets and balls. Tip: Sports Shoes.
