If you cannot collect during these opening hours, please only book the property if you have contacted us to arrange an alternative. If you need to return the keys off before opening hours, there is a drop box.

There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite, in the primary bedroom. Spa-like tranquillity is enhanced by the clean design of the white tiling and spacious walk-in shower. Towels and consumables are provided.
The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and a streamlined design. Explore your culinary creativity while using the air fryer and coffee maker, along with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Stepping through the open-plan space, you’ll see the four-person dining area offset from the kitchen and the living room. A cosy couch, with ample space for the whole family, sits across from the large Smart TV. Enjoy a family movie night, taking advantage of the streaming services available. Please note, however, that the TV does not have cable.
For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal, ensuring you stay on top of laundry during your stay. And, of course, stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout your time here.

There is no parking available at this property. However, there is parking is available at Crown Casino (450m).
A baby pram is available for guess use, located in the bedroom cupboard. There is also an umbrella in the laundry for your convenience.

Nearby train stations are Southern Cross Station (1.4km) and Flinders Street (1km).
We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need.
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
