This prestigious waterfront house, situated in the prime location of Runaway Bay, offers a fascinating riverside living experience. Ideal for savoring riverfront cocktails, enjoying afternoon tea, or engaging in fishing activities.
The place emanates Art Deco charm, featuring an open-plan design that seamlessly extends to the outdoor spaces. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing pool dip or relax with a cup of tea on our sunset swing along the riverbank.
Our place accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and includes:

• There is no garage or covered parking. However, parking space is provided in front of the garage, typically accommodating 2 cars, and additional street parking is also available.

Guests can enjoy access to the majority of areas, but one room and garage is locked and they are not for guest use. Additionally, please be aware that the power boats at the pontoon are not accessible to guests!
***The outdoor swing is presently under maintenance, and a sign has been posted. Please avoid using it at this time until repairs are completed.***

SELF CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm onwards. Our place is equipped with a door code/smart lock system, ensuring convenient and secure access.
Instructions will be provided on the day of your arrival. An extra charge will be incurred for any early check-in; please get in touch with the host for details.
SELF CHECK-OUT:
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. Please ensure both the front gate and door are securely locked before departing.
NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD 50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. (Kindly note that NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!) To create a peaceful environment and show consideration and respect to the neighbours, Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or an additional fee may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition. Guests are responsible for compensating for any excess cleaning fee of $250 or damage costs.
