With 1100 square feet of living space, you’ll have room to relax and make lasting memories with loved ones. The living room is designed for relaxation and offers access to a private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. Plenty of comfy seating makes it an inviting space to enjoy. The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new GE appliances and stunning quartz countertops, making meal preparation a joy. This condo offers a true beachside experience with no streets to cross. Simply venture down the stairs to enjoy the pool or continue down to the beach, where sun, surf, and sand await.
