The villa has 5 luxurious bedrooms all fitted with en-suite bathroom, black out curtains, an air conditioning and a smart TV. With a fully-equipped kitchen and chic furniture making for a pleasant mix of domesticity and tastefulness. The living room is fitted with made to measure and curated furniture, it offers an open environment. For nature lovers, the surrounding countryside provides you with many opportunities for exploring. Ubud’s busy scenery is only a few minutes away. The villa is fully staffed with daily cleaning, all linen, towel and amenities are provided. The entire villa is yours for the duration of your stay, no space is shared with anyone else. Please note as we do not have rice fields in front of the villa, you may see some farmers passing in front. As they are working their land, this is only natural and we cannot do anything against it. ROAD ACCESS CONDITIONS As the villa is still new and located in a remote location with a view of the rice fields, the access road is less than smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone instead of asphalt, can get muddy after a long rain, and has potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road leading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is an integral part of the villa, you may hear sounds coming from the insects that inhabit the rice fields. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Please note that the rice fields surrounding the property are the main source of food for the locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. The hosts are not responsible for any modifications to the surrounding landscape beyond their reach. If Nearby Construction Occurs: We value your peaceful stay. In the rare event of construction in our area, our team is ready to assist with any comfort concerns. While neighborhood activities are beyond our control, your relaxation remains our priority. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 5-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 12 guests, with the 11th and 12th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
