And the movie screen downstairs. And the exceptional outdoor spaces with out-the-gate access to trails and open space. Ok, we lied. There’s a LOT you don’t need, but probably want. Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay. Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation. ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. Parking is in the garage, driveway, or anywhere on the street in front of the house. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the following areas: Locations of all Security Cameras: 1. On the front/West side of the house facing the front door. 2. On the front/East side of the house facing the front yard and the street. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
