It’s been renovated to modern perfection, but still retains that certain charm. Enter through the front door after parking on the quiet street, using the private electronic key-code provided at checking. You’ll enter into a warm, welcoming space featuring an open-design concept perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There’s a sense of quality and care here—the surfaces are of granite and hardwood, tile and stainless steel. The kitchen is a welcoming space, ready for your culinary creations. There’s dining space for 4 at the table, and 2 more at the counter. There’s also a full laundry for guest use inside the closet in the kitchen.
Back further into the unit are the two bedrooms, each featuring queen comfort and quality linens, professionally laundered. Both are serviced by a single bathroom—white and clean and classic and ready for business. This home is managed and cleaned professionally and at times you’ll feel like you’re in a luxury hotel with the details and the evident sense of care, everywhere. The home is completely separate and private to you. Long-Term Renters live upstairs and have a separate entrance.
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.

Old Colorado City, located on the west side of Colorado Springs, offers exceptional amenities to travelers and guests to the Pikes Peak Region. This historic area is almost urban in its appeal, with original artisan shops, galleries, locally-owned restaurants, cafés, bars and more. There are parks in abundance, events in abundance and charm and character here, overflowing. The outdoor recreational opportunities in this neighborhood are nothing less than exceptional. Garden of the Gods is right up the road. Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain," is also just up the street. Manitou Springs, Red Rocks Open Space, The Stratton Open Space, Cheyenne Cañon, the Broadmoor & The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are all less than a ten-minute drive from this location. Downtown Colorado Springs, too, is just a five minute drive to the east. Whatever your desire—outdoor or indoor, natural or built—Old Colorado City is central to it all.
