You’ll love the proximity to so many of the region’s most popular attractions, many of which can be reached by car in 20 minutes or less. The region is a paradise for outdoors enthusiasts, offering opportunities for hiking, hunting, fishing, rafting, ziplining, skiing and more. You’ll have your pick of parks and open spaces to explore. Some of the most popular include Cheyenne Mountain State Park (20 minutes), Red Rock Canyon Open Space (19 minutes), and Bear Creek Regional Park East (18 minutes). The nearest park is the Bluestem Prairie Open Space (8 minutes), a bird-watching paradise on 650 acres of prairie grassland. Don’t miss some of the most spectacular photo opportunities of a lifetime at the Garden of the Gods Nature Center, home to striking, ancient 300-foot-tall rock formations (22 minutes), and the summit of Pikes Peak (also known as “America’s Mountain”) at a breathtaking elevation of 14,115 feet (worth the drive at 1 hour, 20 minutes). - Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
