Property Manager presents 39 Bluestem Street, a residence that is tucked away
in the Lake District of the beautiful community of Watercolor. This cozy
cottage is perfectly situated from the Sandhill Pool or a short walk to Camp
Watercolor. This residence offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and is dog
friendly (see restrictions in home highlights)!
This residence greets you with an open concept first floor to allow for plenty
of room for the whole family. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances,
bar stool seating for 6 guests, and the dining table can accommodate 8 guests.
Just off of the kitchen is access to the screened-in porch which is the
perfect place to relax. The porch offers al-fresco dining or comfortable
seating. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king sized
bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a half
bathroom and laundry room on the first floor.
The second floor features an additional king bedroom with a private bathroom
with a luxurious walk-in shower. Next you will find an open space for watching
tv and one bunk bed with twin over twin sized mattresses. There are two
bedrooms each with two single beds, his and her bedrooms. One bedroom has a
private bathroom and the other shares the hall bathroom.

\- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are
allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If
violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
\- Amenity passes for 10 people which provide full access to all WaterColor
community swimming pools, including Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
Children under 7 years of age will receive a paper wristband from Camp
Watercolor or the Beach Club. Children ages 8+ will need an amenity wristband.
\- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made
through The Electric Cart Company, and will be limited to 60 vehicles
throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per
home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 Beach Cruisers.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
\- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of
26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

\- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean

onto your reservation.
