Property Manager presents 420B WaterSound Crossings, a condo that will blow
you away with its beautiful Gulf views and stunning sunsets. This traditional
and cozy condo is the perfect setting for your beach getaway. With its large
balcony looking out to the Gulf, it’ll be hard to pull yourself away from
soaking up the sun.
The main living area is cozy but with a hint of rustic charm. The living room
is the perfect spot for taking in a late night movie or simply chatting away
the night. The soft fabrics of the couches and pillows make you want to curl
up with a good book. The dining space is open to the living room and features
a large table with seating for 6. The kitchen has an opening to allow for easy
conversation between those in the living and dining area. The kitchen features
stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a family
meal. The wrap around balcony is ideal for sitting out and enjoying a cup of
coffee while enjoying the Gulf views.
The king sized master bedroom is a traditional retreat with its four-poster
bed and dark toned furniture. The master ensuite offers a separate tub and
shower alongside double vanities. The first guest bedroom offers a king sized
bed with large windows to enjoy the Gulf views. The second guest bedroom holds
a queen sized bed with traditional decor and an ensuite bathroom.With
breathtaking views and cozy, traditional design, this beach condo to sure to
please.

The beach at WaterSound is a quick stroll over stunningly scenic rolling
dunes. And with this rental you are also granted access to the community pool
at The Bridges of WaterSound as well as the Dunes Sider Pool in the main
section of WaterSound. With all there is to do here, don’t forget to make time
to relax, lay back and sink your toes in the warm sugar sand beaches that make
this destination one of the best in America.
Also for your entertainment, The Hub on 30A is a quick 10 minutes walk down
the bike path from the house. It takes approximately 5 minutes or less to bike
to The Hub. It is a great venue for kids/families/couples as it provides areas
to lounge, eat and run around in along with a variety of food vendors to
purchase dinner and drinks from. There is a large amphitheater where you can
find musicians playing one night to college game day football on a projection
screen the next. There is fun for everyone at The Hub!

policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
\- Golf carts are NOT permitted within WaterSound. We are happy to help you
with any bike or other rental needs.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
\- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF
26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
\- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
\- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean
during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out.
Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean
onto your reservation.
RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer
