93 Vermillion Way resides in the beautiful Lake District of Watercolor. This
home is situated in the nature preserve and has stunning views of Western Lake
from the private pool and multiple outdoor spaces found throughout. This 6
bedroom residence can comfortably accommodate the entire family with plenty of
space to relax.
The first floor of the home greets you to tall ceilings and rich flooring
throughout the open floor plan. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances,
bar stool seating for 4 and stylish dining table seating for 8 guests. The
spacious living room provides comfortable seating for all with views of the
pool and Western Lake. The screened in porch features a fireplace, tv, seating
for all, and access to the pool deck. There is a bedroom on the first floor
with a king size bed and private bathroom. You will also find a half bath on
this floor for shared use.
The second floor of the home offers a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and
a private bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom has two queen size beds and
a private bathroom with a shower. The following bedroom has two twin over full
bunk beds with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom
has a king size bed; private balcony with lake views; and private bathroom
with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located on this floor as well as
access to the balcony on the front of the home.
The third floor treats you to a bedroom with a king size bed. The additional
space has a queen bed (no closet). There is a shared bathroom on this floor.

policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
\- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made
through The Electric Cart Company, and will be limited to 60 vehicles
throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per
home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 Beach Cruisers.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
\- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of
26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

\- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean
