Tambaú Flat offers an excellent structure with rotating parking, swimming pool, restaurant, beach view, 24-hour reception and ample leisure space and plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. The 65m² Apartment accommodates up to Four (4) Guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the check-in time and given two guests (full name and CPF).
After that, it will be sent to the access directions, with signs for the doors and for the garage door (when the door is available).

The Neighborhood
The Border of Tambaú is surrounded by palm trees and full of kiosks that sell beer, drinks and seafood, in addition to offering live music at night. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies around us. The Tambaú Craft Fair and the Bust of Tamandaré are tourist spots that are worth visiting.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 📋No smoking inside the property;
- 📋Check-In time from 2pm and Check-out until 10am;
- 📋Bed linen will not be changed during the stay;
- 📋Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We do not offer breakfast;
- 📋Parties and any type of sound or noise are prohibited from 10pm at night;
- 📋Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee upon booking: R$ 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Reais);
- 📋Small pets are accepted in the accommodation - upon prior request;
- 📋It is necessary to agree on the approximate arrival and departure time, so that it is possible to receive them in the best way;
- 📋It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that bed linen is provided appropriately;
- 📋It is necessary to send the name information, CPF of all guests and car license plate in advance, so that entry can be authorized.
