LIVING AREA: composed of an air-conditioned entrance hall, furnished with a French sofa bed, table, chairs and TV corner. Eat-in kitchen, complete with kitchenette, oven, fridge, washing machine, table and dishes.
ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: two air-conditioned bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed plus bunk bed). A full bathroom with shower cubicle.
FURTHER FEATURES: external veranda equipped with garden furniture, ideal for admiring wonderful sunsets. THE PRRSENCE OF ANIMALS, Wi-Fi IS NOT WELCOME.
Property Manager guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Baby high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.

- Arrival out of schedule: 20 EUR per booking.
