LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned entrance/living room with sofa bed (single), TV, dining table and chairs, kitchenette complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher and crockery.
ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: 2 bedrooms: 1st air-conditioned double bedroom with TV, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed and TV. Internal bathroom complete with toilet and shower cubicle.
FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, French door to access the back of the structure, where there is a sink, outdoor shower, washing machine and small bathroom only for service. Small veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs, and sofas. Equipped sea view terrace.
Property Manager guarantees its guests continuous assistance, which will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Arrival out of schedule: 20 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- Crib: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Pet: 40 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Heating: 7 EUR per day.
- - Check-in schedule: everyday, from 16:00 to 20:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
- - Check-out time: 10:00.
