Casual elegance, comfort and close proximity to all the things you want to do UpNorth. The view from the large, comfortably furnished, covered patio is sublime!

All three bedrooms have attached full bathrooms stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. For some extra space the couch pulls out to a comfortable queen mattress. There is also a washer and dryer with laundry soap for your convenience.
When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the private sandy beach or make your way to downtown Traverse City to explore! Just down the road, you’ll find a variety of local restaurants, as well as your favorite national franchises, but if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware and supplies. You can enjoy your meal overlooking the water at the nearby table for 4. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a smart TV over the fireplace to stream your favorite shows.
There is a grill on the patio, it is only available May-September due to snow and wind in the fall and winter.
As required by HOA rules, both an HOA lease agreement and an HOA renter rule agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
Per HOA policy:
- A minimum stay of 7 nights is required from June 1 to August 31 each year.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required from September 1 to May 31 each year.

There is parking for two vehicles only.
A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
