Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Kitchen appliances are full size, with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and all the cookware you might need if you decide to cook a meal. Living area has TV for streaming, Futon - equal to a full size bed. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. It’s on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. Please note there is a Ring Camera at the unit door. There is one parking spot available with this unit. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home.
