ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/ guardian. With 1 King Bedroom, and 1 full bathroom, this 850 square foot condo accommodates up to 5 guests comfortably. Both the sofa and chair in the living room pull out creating additional sleeping space for three more people in addition to the King Bed. The newly renovated bathroom includes a classic pedestal sink and giant shower. The bathroom is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is also a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. Kitchen has counter seating for 3, and there is dining table seating for 4. Fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. Large flat screen Smart TVs with an Amazon Firestick in both the living room and bedroom. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day.) *** So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.*** Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, the host retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is one parking space allowed per condo. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.
