The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals if you prefer dining in. The condo also includes a laundry area. Enjoy free, secure parking in the private, attached garage, which comfortably fits two smaller cars. ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Main Floor- Living room (with TV) dining area, open full kitchen, half bathroom. Upstairs: The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom, large closet, and TV. The guest room has a Queen Bed and full bathroom attached. Laundry on 2nd floor. This townhome is 1,560 square feet. Guests have access to an attached garage. Access to the garage can be a tight turn, and some guests have found it difficult to navigate a larger vehicle into it. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
