*Per ordinance, we can accommodate a max of 8 guests ages six and above. Additionally, there is space available for 4 more children under the age of six. Ages must be confirmed prior to your stay. This spacious lakefront home makes a perfect Northern Michigan retreat! Easy drives to the quaint town of Suttons Bay or Traverse City for dining and shopping. Expansive front lawn, beautiful lake views in every room, and all the conveniences of home. Enjoy 110 feet of private beach on Suttons Bay.

The Beach House is close to all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Downtown Suttons Bay is an easy walk or bike ride at 1.4 miles away and boasts numerous great restaurants, shops, a public park, and marina. The TART Trail runs through Suttons Bay, which is paved for 60 miles of cycling, walking, or cross-country skiing! Located an equal distance to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore, with each being a mere 20 minutes away. Enjoy championship golf courses, many wineries and microbreweries, and skiing.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
