On beautiful Lake Leelanau, with private waterfront. The perfect vacation home for the whole family or group (sleeps 10.) Bring the pups, too! Enjoy two levels of comfortable living areas, large furnished deck facing the water, with covered patio below where the hot tub awaits. Every feature and convenience you can imagine, located in the epicenter of "Up North" Michigan.

The open main level floor plan includes a spacious kitchen, dining room and large living area with picture windows overlooking the lake.
Off the kitchen is access to a large outdoor deck for Grilling, Dining, Gathering, and ogling at the gorgeous lakeside views.
A hallway leads to the main floor master bedroom (King Bed), second bedroom (Queen Bed), a full bathroom, and main-floor laundry.
The lower-level features a spacious living room, full kitchen and dining area, two additional bedrooms (one has a King Bed, the other has 1 Queen bed, and 1 twin with a trundle), and a full bathroom. Also on the lower level- a large family room with a pull out sofa, and casual dining area.
The best part... Walk out to a covered patio that provides a shaded area and comfortable seating, and a newly installed HOT TUB. The lush grass lawn slopes down to the water’s edge, and the dock.
Water toys available! 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs available for use in the summer months.

This lakefront home is 3,500 square feet in size.
Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.
There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.
Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Pets must be secured on the premises or on a leash at all times.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks if the boat is kept there too long. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues. There is a V - bottom Boat hoist available for guest use. There is no mooring ball available at this time - but if you are renting a boat most places offer mooring station rental as well!
