Also, Amazing View a dog friendly cabin rental and allows for 2 small dogs. When walking into this lovely cabin you truly get to feel what it is like to live in the mountains. High ceilings and leather furnishings certainly set this cabin apart from the rest. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs, and where else to eat your meal than a dining area seated for 8 so the whole family can feast together. While this home has common spaces for your family to enjoy one another, it also offers much privacy in that each floor has its own bedroom and bathroom....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Dogs allowed: This Home is pet friendly with a max of 2 pets. A $150.00 plus tax additional fee is required for each pet.
- Must be 25 to rent.
- No Smoking
- Check in takes place at your cabin. You will receive check in information 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Guests must complete rental agreement and provide a copy of id before check in information can be sent out.
