Both apartments feature open kitchens integrated with inviting living rooms, complete with sofa beds and TVs for entertainment. Moving up to the first floor, you’ll find a delightful bar counter with seats, a generously sized living room featuring a snooker table, satellite TV, a welcoming fireplace, and a dining area for communal feasts. The fully equipped kitchen makes culinary adventures a breeze, furnished with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, blender, toaster, and coffee machine. For added convenience, a laundry room is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
