Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Situated walking distance from a white sand beach, the home is also within easy walking distance of several other small bays where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and other water sports. The beach, known for its famous surf break, “La Lancha”, is unique to the area as it offers an ideal place for those new to surfing to learn the ins-and-outs of the sport while also providing waves that can challenge even the most advanced surfers.

- Access to a white sand swimmable beach from the villa's garden depends on the time of year when the tide is lower (Nov to Jun) and requires a short walk over pebbles.
- Principal Suite and Bedroom 2 are located up a short floating staircase without a handrail.
- Bedrooms 4 and 5 are versatile and can be set up as one king-size bed and one twin or one one full bed or two full beds, great for small kids to sleep together.
- Food and Beverage deposits required per person in addition to the security deposit.
- Tips are not included; tipping house staff and concierge-ambassador teams is customary in Mexico, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.
