Welcome to the most unique property in all of Killington! The Green House is a
lovingly decorated and maintained duplex ski home in the heart of Killington,
Vermont. Trendy and funky, no room is the same and you’ll keep discovering all
the wonderful touches throughout your stay. Featuring two bedrooms and one and
a half bathrooms on two floors, your family or group will have plenty of room
to gather after a day on the slopes. The main floor features the living room
with gas fireplace, half bathroom, dining area, store room and open kitchen.
The second floor features two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and sunroom. Head
outside and you’ll find a 5-person hot tub on the deck, grill on the patio and
phenomenal gardens with mountain views. This is the home you want to book for
your holiday. (Hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may
apply. Lower level of duplex rented to long term tenant. Please read below.)

other properties including the owner’s full-time home, so please be sure to
respect your neighbors and observe our quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season (late-December to mid-
March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You
understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks
may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any
bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property
manager harmless.
• This is the upper two floors of a duplex home. There is a full time renter
in the lower level. The two levels have separate entrances and no shared
space.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times
depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may
be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as
you please. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in
advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking. You may only smoke outside. Please
properly dispose of all butts.
• Events and parties are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Up to two dogs are permitted with the payment of our non-refundable $155 pet
fee.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and
recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel
drive and winter tires are also recommended.
