Please note that building complex will be carrying out major courtyard renovation works on Level 6 from approximately 12 October to 12 March. The works are centred around the Level 6 courtyard area above the basement car park, however construction noise may be noticeable across the wider building during daytime working hours. The most disruptive phase is expected between 12th October and 12 December 2026. Works are expected to pause around 13 December to 16 January for the Christmas period, although the courtyard may still have a construction-site appearance, including unfinished surfaces, plywood access paths, limited landscaping and no barbecue facilities. Works are then expected to resume section by section from around 17 January to 12 March. Guest access to the apartment will remain available throughout the works. The nightly rate has already been adjusted to reflect these conditions, so no further discount will apply. *Permanent Spa* Included as part of the booking Floor Plan is as follows: Unit 1004 (a 2-bedroom unit) on the very top floor.
