Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a plunger and coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Message from Ray: There is a flight of internal stairs as this is a two story unit. The bedroom on the ground floor is internal and does not have a window. Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with: - Professionally prepared quality linen and bedding - A fresh towel for each guest - Complimentary coffee, tea and milk - Quality bathroom toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner Your Host: We strive to ensure you have everything you need in order to have a comfortable, relaxing and carefree stay. Our diligent and professional team work hard to meet and exceed the typical standards set by your everyday accommodation provider. Our team cleans and prepares your property between each stay to ensure our high standards are met and that you are welcomed into a warm, inviting and comfortable accommodation. Due to this, a cleaning fee is added to the booking price. We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you. Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
