Newly redecorated, this large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo offers wonderful views of the Calibogue Sound. Guests can enjoy watching dolphins or take in beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great bedroom separation provides guests plenty of privacy. It is an easy walk to South Beach Marina, which provides a variety of water sports, dining, and shopping.
1898 Beachside Tennis has a gorgeous interior. The villa has refreshing light yellow walls and beautiful new flooring throughout the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. As you enter the villa off the foyer is a stackable front loading Electrolux washer and dryer. The hall bath features a large sunken tub/shower combination, double vanities with granite counter tops and wood cabinets. The guest bedroom is off to the left of the entrance and has two queen beds and a 32” TV. The sliding door opens up to a partially covered wraparound balcony with a high top table that seats four and overlooks the yard and beach.
The fully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel double sinks, black granite counters, and a flat top stove. The adjacent dining room has a glass round table that seats four. The living room and dining room have high ceilings and is bright and sunny. Guests can relax on the ultra-suede gray sectional with chaise lounge in the living room, watching TV on the 48” flat screen TV. There is access to the wraparound balcony from this room as well.
The master bedroom is behind the living room and has a king bed, two accent chairs, a 43” TV and a private balcony overlooking the landscaped yard, tall trees, and the Calibogue Sound. The private bath features a large walk-in shower with a bench, double vanities with granite counters, and floor to ceiling wood cabinets. There is a generously sized changing room as well.
Beachside Tennis has its own pool and beach path and is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, dining, and shopping. Whether drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning on the veranda or sipping a cool lemonade mid-afternoon while basking in the sunshine, guests will be sure to have a memorable vacation in this upscale villa.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
