Welcome to Horsetooth Stoop, a comfortable foothills retreat with unbeatable access to trails, the reservoir, and sweeping mountain views. Located directly across from Horsetooth Mountain Park, this home is ideal for guests who want to hike, bike, boat, and explore all day—then return to a quiet, restful space just 20 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins.
Just outside the door, the Soderberg Trailhead offers miles of hiking and mountain biking, while Horsetooth Reservoir is nearby for swimming, paddling, and boating. With no neighbors in front or behind the home, enjoy unobstructed foothills views and beautiful sunsets from the deck.

OUTDOOR LIVING: The large deck features outdoor seating, a gas grill, and mountain views, with easy access to trails and outdoor recreation.
INDOOR LIVING: Two Smart TVs, a dining table with seating for six, board games, ceiling fans, a laptop-friendly workspace, card table, pool table, and multiple living areas.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Two vehicles may park in the driveway; one additional vehicle or small boat (up to 22 ft) may park in the gravel area. Garage has low clearance and fits a small car only. Three cars maximum – no street parking available.
