Casa Milla features a spa, firepit, BBQ, outdoor shower and bathroom, and sprawling desert landscaped grounds. Ideal for groups, the home features a large game room (pool table, TV and oversized games), as well as ample seating for indoor / outdoor dining. For those looking for a workcation, you’ll find 3 bedrooms perfectly outfitted with desks/work spaces.
The home features 3 bedrooms inside the main house. The master suite offers an ensuite bath, a workspace, and private outdoor access. All rooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows, ample lighting, and clothing storage. All bathrooms include toiletries and high-quality towels.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your Property Manager home is now easier than ever. Property Manager’s guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 7 cars on the property, the garage is not for parking use. There is absolutely no parking permitted on the street.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all event require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
