Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No parties or events
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM
- Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM
- Late check-out fee is at $50/hr
- There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
- No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
- No outside guests without permission granted first
- Only one towel will be provided per guest per stay
- Minimum age is 22 - exceptions are made for student and intern housing
- Pets Policy
- - max. of 2 pets per stay
- - weight should be 40lbs or below (combined)
- - additional fee of $75-300 depending on length of stay to be collected separately
- - Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiff/Mastiff, Bulldogs are unfortunately not allowed,Start: 21:00, End: 7:00
