<p>Located close to Arco da Calheta, Villa Amaro Mar is the perfect base for walking and sightseeing holidays, or simply relaxing in the sunshine.</p>
<p>A five-minute drive from Calheta Beach and Marina, there’s plenty to do and see on your doorstep, not to mention all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including two sandy beaches, a great choice of restaurants and bars, and a supermarket. The Casa Mundas Art Centre is also close by, and well worth a visit! Slightly further afield, Madiera’s capital, Funchai, is just a 25-minute drive away or can be easily reached on a local bus service.</p>
<p>The property itself can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with three bedrooms, two of which are king size and one twin, as well as two bathrooms and one W.C. The open plan living space boasts incredible sea views, as well as doors opening out onto the south-facing garden.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
