We are on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No outside guests without permission granted first
- Only one towel will be provided per guest per stay
- Minimum age is 22 - exceptions made for student and intern housing
- There's a $100 penalty for lost key fob
- Pets Policy
- - max. of 2 pets per stay
- - weight should be 40lbs or below (combined)
- - additional fee of $75-300 depending on length of stay to be collected separately
- - Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiff/Mastiff, are unfortunately not allowed
