We are proud to represent one of our customer’s favorite properties – Sandy Tows!
This 5-bedroom, 3-bath cottage is new construction with a spacious and airy floor plan. Better yet, it is pup friendly. And for a most exclusive feature – there is a private pool in the fenced-in back yard! (Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $450/per week.)
You will love the shiplap walls with just enough color added throughout the cottage to know you are in a special place.
All of the appliances are new, including the wine cooler. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably, and there are additional seats at the island bar and next to the dining table. The living room features a large 55" TV, as well as new relaxing furniture.
The Master Suite is on the main floor and features a king bed, large TV, en-suite with beautiful walk-in shower, and a master closet large enough to live in. There are two...

While you will be in a quiet neighborhood, you are still going to be close to all kinds of island activities. When you get hungry and don't feel like cooking yourself, walk to one of the many restaurants located just blocks away. Just over a half mile away from your front door is St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, Neptune Park, and St. Simons Pier, all offering unique oceanfront experiences for you and your group. You can even find golfing just six miles away at Sea Palms Golf Club!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
- • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons).
- • A maximum of three (3) dogs are welcome (additional $100 non-refundable deposit per pup) (No cats allowed).
- • .5 miles to the King and Prince Public Beach Access, 1 mile to the Pier and Village area
- • Only 4 vehicles are permitted at the property. No vehicles are allowed over the speed hump in the driveway, as that is another private driveway. No exceptions - NOT even for loading and unloading.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 6 TVs located in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
