Dramatic cliffs rise behind the house, with only the sea before – there’s no doubt Ibiza Villa 1251 lives up to its name. With direct access to the secluded south-coast beach of Ses Bouques – one of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches – and a private boat jetty, it is an idyllic Ibizan holiday home for ocean lovers.
This is a glorious spot on Ibiza’s legendary south coast; ideal for exploring the pretty coves of Es Cubells, the clear, turquoise waters of Cala Jondal, and the peaceful sands of Es Torrent – and all the beach clubs and restaurants for which this part of the island is known.
Here, at Ibiza Villa 1251, you are treated beautiful frontline views of sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The extensive outside spaces have been thoughtfully designed to maximise your enjoyment of the beautiful seafront location.
The terrace areas centre around the sparkling 13m x 5m pool, with diving board at its deep end. Bleached wood decks span across the width close the house and on the seaward edge, dotted with squishy daybeds and stylish sun loungers. To the westward edge, the deck drops to form wooden bench seating sunk into the rock – an idyllic spot to watch the sun sink into the gilded sea at the end of a perfect Ibizan day.
Follow the deck around the perimeter of the plot and you’ll discover peaceful chill-out spots overlooking the blue Balearic sea. On an upper terrace, a wooden roof shelters an al-fresco dining space, seating eighteen, with beautiful sea views.
Towards the beach, a rustic shelter is home to a further al-fresco dining table, seating sixteen, pizza oven, and barbeque. The house itself is a low, angular construction of white rendered walls sinking into the cliffside and huge sliding glass doors that maximise the impact of the ocean vistas. Inside, washed-out linens and driftwood-hued furniture rub shoulders with glossy tiles and feature walls in earthy tones of gold and black travertine.
The open-plan living space stretches from formal dinning space, seating sixteen, through a lounge with soft sofa seating, home cinema and digital projector, and a winter fireplace, as well as a sleek kitchen with breakfast bar and state-of-the-art appliances.
Tucked away along the wooden deck, you can enjoy the private spa facilities. These include steam room, massage tables, clifftop jacuzzi, and smart gymnasium with incredible sea views.
A spacious games room offers a wealth of entertainment – from ping pong, pool and table football, to vintage arcade machines.
The cool, laid-back style in washed out colours and earthy stone continues throughout the six serene bedrooms. Guest accommodation is versatile enough to suit groups of couples, or families.
Guests can make use of a range of vehicles during their stay. The property is professionally staffed, including a dedicated chef with access to a separate professional kitchen tucked away from the main living areas – suitable for day-to-day catering and events.
