Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- DO NOT APPROACH THE RECEPTION OR OFFICE - This is a private rental and has no association with the building manager we are here 24/7 by phone or message should you need anything.
- SECURITY-If security is called due to any complaints $250 will be charged from your security deposit.
- No Party Policy
- Rubbish removed on checkout
- All dishes and kitchen left as found
- Smoking on balcony permitted with doors closed
- Being a mixed residential / holiday building respectful behaviour and consideration of neighbours at all times.
- FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any when noted so we can replace for next guests :)
- NO SMOKING – this rule applies to inside the apartment and all building common areas. Please smoke ONLY on the balcony.
- NOISE – the building has a strict NO NOISE policy, particularly between 10 pm and 7.30 am. For this reason please DO NOT USE balcony.
- KEYS – please take your room/security key with you at all times. After office-hours lockouts will incur a $55 fee. Lost keys will be charged at $100
- BBQ & POOL AREAS – opening hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Glass is not to be taken near the pool or spa Please clean BBQ’s after use.
- NO PETS
- DEPARTURE DAY – please leave your apartment tidy by washing dishes and taking out any rubbish.
