The Swift offers all the comforts of home. While you’re here, enjoy our large inviting living room, a fully stocked kitchen, luxury amenities, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests! It’s the perfect place to crash after an exciting day out in NWA.
Walk through our entryway and you’ll find yourself in the main area of the house. To the left, is our living room, which is undoubtedly our favorite part of the house. Not only do we love the open floor plan, but we love how bright and inviting this space is. Curl up on one of our leather couches or lounge chairs and dive into a good book or stream a movie on our 70-inch Roku TV. We guarantee you’ll be spending all your time here!
Our kitchen can be found to the right of our living room. It’s fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. Here, you’ll also find our four barstools, which sit between the living room and the kitchen. Through the kitchen, you’ll see our 8-top woodgrain dining table. This space is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a few board games.
At the end of the day, choose from one of our EIGHT luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 43-inch Roku TV and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Our first Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, luxury bedding and nearby bath.
(3) Our second Queen bedroom has a closet and nearby bath.
(4) Our third Queen bedroom features a closet and nearby bath.
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find our:
(5-6) Twin bed and Twin trundle.
Back downstairs:
(7-8) Our two couches pullout into two Twin beds.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
